Have you ever felt like there were ghosts in your computer?

i took this photo at NCAR (National Center for Atmospheric Research)
during a tour of their huge computer room. The tour guide was talking
with the group when i looked over and saw their reflections of them
in the glass.

This is a temporary request fill for 's request
"Something with fast shutter speed or
maybe a photo that includes mirrors"
in my journal's "TEN Requests" entry [link] .

This is for reflections work which is sort-of like mirror reflections.
Once i can do a different one i will make that the permanent filled
request posting.

they did there, the room is just for the computers, the monitors and keyboards and stuff are in another room. These computers were huge!

So, there really are computer ghosts. That explains a lot. They must be angry ghosts judging from all of the trouble they cause.

I betcha some of those computers had built in monitors that fold back into the cabinets. flat-panels. gotta love technology these days. :)

I work with stuff like that.. the "command center" is located in another, quieter room... and the big equipment's out in the computer room... I work in another building usually but go there quite frequently..

=P I love this sort of thing! And you know why ghosts like your computer; it's electrical. There are a proportionatly high incident of ghost sightings around electrical plants and distribution areas. So...wouldn't that mean the most haunted places on Earth would be big cities? =P
